I need to amend my billing/delivery address

Billing addresses cannot be amended as these are attached to the card that you paid with. If you would like to amend a shipping address, then please contact us as soon as possible on 01275 627885. If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we can amend it for you.

We regret that if the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change any address. In these situations, we do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses and if an order needs to be dispatched again due to an error in the address you, the buyer, are subject to the delivery charge for re dispatch.

If you request a refund this will be done minus the original postage cost to ourselves.
