Eligible Products
Who Can Claim
The guarantee is only available to purchases made on the Riaflex website directly and only for a first time purchase.
A customer is considered a first-time customer if they have not previously placed an order directly with Riaflex.
There is a limit of one 6 week Money Back Guarantee claim per household. We reserve the right to refuse a claim where we reasonably believe that multiple accounts, names or addresses have been used to circumvent this limit.
The 6 week period begins from the date the eligible product is delivered.
The guarantee must be claimed within 70 days of delivery.
Product Must Be Returned
- To make a claim, the customer must return the product to Riaflex even if this is just empty packaging.
- This means that customers must retain the original product tub and return it to us in order to qualify for the guarantee. Claims cannot be accepted where the product/tub has been disposed of or cannot be returned.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Riaflex. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as Riaflex cannot be responsible for products lost in return transit.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and the claim has been approved, we will refund the purchase price of the eligible product.
The refund will normally be made to the original payment method. Original delivery charges and return postage costs are not refundable.
How to Claim
Customers wishing to make a claim should contact Riaflex within the 70-day period and talk through the reason for return first. We will require:
- Order number
- The name and address used for the order
- Details of the product being returned
- The reason for requesting a refund
Riaflex will provide the return instructions.
The product must then be returned in accordance with those instructions.
Conditions of the Guarantee
The guarantee applies only where all of the following conditions are met:
- The customer is a first-time Riaflex customer.
- The eligible product was purchased directly from Riaflex online.
- The product is one of the eligible products and sizes listed above.
- The claim is made within 70 days of delivery.
- The original product tub is returned, including contents or where the tub is empty.
- The customer has not previously made a 6 Week Money Back Guarantee claim.
- No more than one claim has been made from the same household.
We reserve the right to refuse claims where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused, abused or deliberately circumvented, including through multiple accounts or orders.
Statutory Rights
This 6 Week Money Back Guarantee is an additional promotional guarantee and does not affect or limit any statutory rights a customer may have under applicable consumer law.
Where a customer has a separate legal right to a refund, replacement or other remedy, those rights remain unaffected.
Changes to the Guarantee
Riaflex reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the 6 Week Money Back Guarantee completely or for future purchases, at any time. Any changes will not affect valid claims relating to eligible purchases made before the change took effect.
