Delivery options and rates to UK Mainland
Providing an item is in stock, we do our best to dispatch orders received by 12pm on the same day, although this may change during peak periods. We typically dispatch orders Monday to Friday and do not dispatch on weekends or bank holiadys. Please be aware there will be delays in shipping and delivery around bank holidays.
We deliver using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for parcels. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays, after dispatch.
Samples are delivered as large letter Royal Mail 2nd class service.
All delivery times are based from day of dispatch, not from day of order, and are working days only, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public Bank Holidays.
All parcels delivered to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man addresses are delivered FREE of charge via Royal Mail for all subscriptions and any one off website purchase over £55. Any one off website purchase under £55 are charged £4.50 delivery. We’re currently not able to deliver outside UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, or Isle of Man.
Whilst we endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, usually within 4-5 working days, there are some occasions where delays will be encountered by Royal Mail. This is particularly true with busy periods such as Black Friday, days following bank holidays, and Christmas. We therefore request that you allow plenty of time (7-10 working days) to order before running out of product.
Lost or undelivered products: In the event of lost or undelivered parcels you must contact us via email (contact@riaflex.co.uk) or telephone 01275 627885, within 28 days of your order confirmation email. Any orders reported as lost or undelivered after the given 28 day period will not be eligible for a refund or replacment.
International delivery
We regret that we are unable to ship to any EU countries at present. If you are looking to place an order outside of the EU including the USA & Canada, please contact us directly for prices and payment. If you would like us to dispatch to you outside of the UK we ask that you agree that you are happy to receive your parcel anywhere between 10-20 working days. Some countries will encounter delays in customs, and we cannot control how quickly parcels get through.
Should your countries customs send the parcel back to us we will refund product cost but not postage costs.
Do I have to pay customs charges in my country?
Yes, as the buyer, you will be responsible for any customs or import tax that may apply. These vary from country to country, and it is therefore your responsibility to check the regulations regarding importing goods from the UK into your country.
How quickly are items dispatched?
We dispatch orders from Monday-Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of placing them.
Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
My order has not arrived
Please allow 7 working days for orders to arrive. If your order has not arrived within this time, then please contact us so that we can look into it for you.
Tracking says my order has been delivered but it hasn’t arrived.
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but it hasn’t arrived, then please contact us directly with your order number and address. Sometimes Royal Mail prematurely update their system but we will look into this straight away for you.
