How fast is UK delivery?

Orders are dispatched Monday Friday with a Cut off at 12pm. We use Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of an order being placed. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday won't be dispatched until Monday so would usually be delivered on either Wednesday or Thursday.

Which products are included in the 6 week money back guarantee?

Joint Plus Pro 400g size only and Joint Plus HA 200g and 400g size only.

Can I feed more than 1 of your products?

Yes. All of our products are designed to be fed together alongside 1 of our foundation joint supplements. So if you choose either Joint Plus Pro, Joint Plus HA, Joint Daily or Young Dog, all other products can be fed alongside one of these.

Can I feed your products alongside prescription medication?

Most of our products are fine to feed alongside medication with the exception of Devils Alternative which we don't recommend alongside NSAIDS. But please contact us before purchase to get advice on what is suitable.

How long does it take to see a difference?

Most people see a difference within 2-4 weeks but individual circumstances can vary and so we recommend allowing 6 weeks to see the full benefits.
