Yes absolutely. They are designed to fed together for extra support. Our Omega 3 oil offers a much higher concentration of Omega 3 than is naturally contained in Green Lipped Mussel. Green Lipped Mussel is fed for its full nutritional profile and Omega 3.
How should I store Omega 3 oil?
For optimal storage we recommend storing oil in the refrigerator to reduce oxidation. This is not a requirement but is a recommendation.
Does Green Lipped Mussel need to be stored in the fridge?
No. It has manufactured in a way that makes it shelf stable.
